If there are items in your order that are out of stock, we will either contact you to replace the item with something similar or refund your original payment method and send your order on it's way :) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If we have allowed a return due to our error or damage, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Damaged items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted for refund.
